This little guy stole my heart the second he said my name. It was so sweet and he just kept using my name in every sentence…and I gushed 😉 We had a great game of peek-a-boo (“Where Shona go?”) and I loved his little giggle! So so sweet!

Counting my blessings this Thanksgiving weekend! I have two healthy, vibrant kids, a husband who puts up with my crazies (!) and wonderful family and friends who support me from near and far.
What more could a girl ask for?

I had the pleasure of photographing a gorgeous extended family session last weekend. It was a little chilly when we started, but we all managed. After I got the big group shots, I pulled each of the grandkids away individually for a few of their own portraits…they were all incredibly photogenic and, get this, they listened! Amazing 🙂 Here’s just a few to enjoy for now!

I had so much fun catching the last bit of true warmth with this family (and mosquitos…ahem…) at Petrie Island this September. 4 kids under eight and two professional parents. Gold star please? Does anyone have a gold star? 😉
They were so much fun and up for anything which is always great. I loved catching a glimpse into their little personalities and seeing how different all the children are, but lovely in their own right.
